Billy has served as a music supervisor, director and arranger for over a dozen shows with RWS Entertainment, including Music Supervising six brand new musicals for the inaugural voyage of the MSC Seascape in 2022, and music supervising eighteen shows aboard the Holland Zuiderdam. Billy also music supervised and directed both the sold out Edinburgh Fringe run and the Off-Broadway Run of LIGHTHOUSE: An Immersive Drinking Musical, as well as music directed the 2022 Theatre World Awards, writing specialty arrangements for Andre DeShields and Andrea McCardle, and was the music associate on the star studded NINE Benefit Concert at the Transport Group, starring Santino Fontana, and was a guest orchestrator for “Christmas In The City” at The Church of St. Pauls, orchestrating for two dozen musicians. Billy is the music director and songwriter for internationally acclaimed drag queen Paige Turner. In 2023, as one of his proudest achievements, he orchestrated a 65 piece orchestration of “Summer in Nevada,” from “Little Black Book,” for the Nassau Pops’ Summer Series.

As a director, Billy most recently directed the premiere production of Grace McCauley’s musical “Letters To Home” at the Hudson Guild Theatre, and the industry presentation of Andrew Zachary Cohen and Steven Silverstein’s “Nothin But Love” at the York Theatre Company, starring Mother/Son Duo Tony Award Winner Debbie Gravitte and Sam Gravitte. He has also directed several concerts and solo shows, including a tribute evening to the work of the late great songwriter Rusty Magee at 54 Below.
